We booked this hotel for a hockey tournament. While I didn't seem to have any issues, some of our families did. Check in time was 4pm, a few families didn't get rooms until 530pm, and one room was double booked. One family found out their room was double booked when the 15 year old girl walked into her room and a strange man was standing there. Note: do not use the pre check in email option the send you! It was sorted with head office, but should have never happened. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean.
A few weeks ago, I stayed here where I experienced excellent accommodation and service. The front desk staff warmly welcomed me and made check-in quick and easy. My room was clean, spacious, and well-prepared with all the essentials. Throughout my stay, the staff remained friendly, attentive, and helpful with every request. will definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless—the rooms were clean and well-kept, which made for a really comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast each morning was delicious and served hot, with a great variety to choose from. Overall, the service was excellent, and I truly felt taken care of. I would absolutely love to come back again!
We stayed here during our two weeks vacation and it was great! The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. All the hotel staff were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The front desk staff made us feel welcome :) will definitely stay here again!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this place. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The room was super clean, the bed crazy comfy. Awesome breakfast and coffee at the hotel, then a quick walk to Tim Hortons for round two (because, well, one cup just isn’t enough). Plus, having some convenience stores nearby made everything simple. The staff were genuinely nice—always saying hi and happy to help. For sure staying here again next time I’m in town.
I was welcomed by Rowena. She was very lovely at the front desk, she was very informative. My room was very clean, very quiet. The morning breakfast was great, with a very large choice of options. Had a wonderful stay for the value! I stayed in one of the studio suites and was impressed by the overall cleanliness. The bed also seemed to be a brand new one which was pleasant. In addition, the front desk representatives were some of the most welcoming staff I have dealt with! I look forward to another stay at the Hampton Inn when I visit Lethbridge again!
